Work Description
Over a decade of experience in youth development, youth filmmaking, and media education across both non-profit and K–12 settings. Expertise includes facilitating media education projects such as K–12 morning broadcast programs, digital storytelling initiatives, photography curricula and portfolio development, as well as documentary filmmaking projects.
Over the last decade i've been teaching the next generation of youth the art of storytelling. I've lead the community in mastering the foundational aspects of multimedia storytelling by developing and facilitating multimedia curriculums, photography and videography projects, and creating outside learning opportunities.
Seeking to make a bigger impacted, in 2024 I created KsRuleofThirds, Inc. A media education non-profit organization rooted in the enduring power of storytelling.
KsRuleof Thirds, Inc. is dedicated to guiding young minds on a transformative journey through the art of photography, documentary filmmaking, and media curricula. We strive to nurture creativity, critical thinking, and digital literacy, empowering youth of all backgrounds to understand and harness storytelling's profound impact on personal expression and societal change.
